MVP Development

Turn your product idea into something your customers can actually use. Not a prototype that sits in a drawer — a real, launchable product built step by step, together.

Starting at $15,000

Turn "What If" Into "Here It Is"

You have an idea. A real one. You've thought about it for months, maybe years. You know your customers would use it. You just don't know how to build it.

That's where we come in.

We don't just code what you tell us. We sit with you, validate the idea, design the experience, and build something your customers can actually use. Not a mockup. Not a prototype that never sees daylight. A real product that goes live.

Who This Is For

This service makes sense if:

  • You're a business owner with a product idea you want to sell to your customers (B2C)
  • You've been told "you need a developer" but don't know where to start
  • You're ready to move from concept to reality — not just talk about it
  • You want a partner who's invested in getting this right, not just cashing a check

This might not be for you if you're still exploring ideas without a clear direction, or if you need internal tools for your own team. (For internal tools, check out Custom Automations. For websites, see Lead Gen Sites.)

What We Build

We build web and mobile apps that your customers interact with directly. E-commerce platforms, booking systems, subscription services, marketplaces, SaaS products — whatever makes sense for your idea.

Here's What This Looks Like in Practice

Fitness coach scenario: A membership platform where clients log in, access workout videos, track progress, and book sessions. Core features only at launch — payment processing, video hosting, basic scheduling. Everything else added based on member feedback.

Local tour company scenario: A booking app with tour browsing, real-time availability, online payment, and automated confirmations via email and WhatsApp. Replaces manual booking forms and cuts admin work significantly.

Consultant side business scenario: A SaaS tool that automates a repetitive industry task. MVP launched with just the core workflow automation. Additional features added after testing with real beta users.

None of these started fully featured. They launched with the essentials, then evolved based on what actual users needed.

How It Works

Phase 1: Validation & Strategy (2-3 weeks)

Before we write a single line of code, we validate the idea.

  • Who is this for?
  • What problem does it solve?
  • Why would someone pay for it?
  • What's the simplest version that's still valuable?

We research the market, talk to potential users (if possible), and help you refine the concept. If we spot red flags, we'll tell you. Better to know now than after you've spent $50K.

Phase 2: Design & Prototype (3-5 weeks)

We design the user experience — the screens, the flow, the interactions. You get a clickable prototype you can actually test with people.

This isn't about making it pretty (yet). It's about making sure it makes sense. Does the user flow work? Are we solving the right problem? Is this actually usable?

Phase 3: Build the MVP (8-16 weeks)

We build the core features. Not everything you've ever dreamed of — the essential stuff that makes the product work.

You get regular updates. You see progress every week. If something isn't working, we course-correct before it's too late.

Phase 4: Launch & Learn (2-3 weeks)

We deploy it. Your customers can start using it. We monitor how it performs, gather feedback, and help you decide what to improve next.

You get 3 months of post-launch support to fix bugs, tweak features, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

After that, you can take it over, hire us for ongoing development, or bring in your own team. You own everything we build.

Total timeline: 4-6 months from kickoff to launch. Simple MVPs run closer to 3-4 months.

What to Expect

Launching an MVP is not the finish line — it's the starting line. The goal isn't perfection. It's learning.

You'll get real feedback from real users. Some will love it. Some will complain. That's good. It tells you what to build next.

Most successful products don't start as the founder envisioned them. They start as MVPs, get tested, and evolve based on what users actually need.

Pricing

Starting at $15,000 for a basic MVP (think: simple web app with core functionality, user accounts, payments if needed).

More complex products (mobile apps, multi-sided marketplaces, integrations with third-party APIs) start around $30,000-$60,000+.

We'll scope it honestly upfront. No "phase 1 is $X and then we'll tell you phase 2 later" games. You'll know the full picture before we start.

Are You Ready to Build This?

Most people aren't. And that's okay. Here's a readiness check:

You're ready if:

  • You can explain your idea in 2-3 sentences
  • You know who would pay for this (and roughly what they'd pay)
  • You're prepared to invest $15K-$60K and 4-6 months
  • You're committed to launching and iterating, not building the "perfect" version 1.0

You're not ready if:

  • The idea is still fuzzy or changes every week
  • You haven't talked to potential customers yet
  • You're hoping to build it "on the side" without dedicating real time
  • You need it to be perfect before anyone sees it

Somewhere in between?

That's where most people start. Let's have a conversation. We'll help you assess:

  • Whether the idea needs more validation before building
  • If there's a simpler version you could start with
  • Whether you should wait, or if you're closer than you think

We're not here to sell you something you're not ready for. We'd rather have that honest conversation now than halfway through a build.
